Where do we start with our plan?

The first step towards e-Learning development is a plan.

In summary, you will need to:
  • establish a team to work on the project
  • develop a vision of what you are trying to achieve
  • set specific goals
  • decide on the scope of the plan
  • set a timeline
  • allocate a budget and/or raise funds
  • list all the tasks involved and allocate responsibilities
The success of a plan depends on three key factors:

Leadership + Resources + The ability to manage change

For a template you can use to begin the planning process, click on the right-menu link "e-learning planning guide". This link provides a resource you can use to develop a plan which is relevant to your organisation.
