Thinking Strategically

Adopting e-Learning is an important decision with long term effects for a tertiary education organisation. All those involved need to consider the strategic implications of e-learning development, and there needs to be support from all the key players.

Since introducing e-Learning will mean changes for everyone in your organisation, effective planning should include everyone in some way! Most organisations find that an e-learning planning meeting is much more effective than a manager trying to develop a plan on their own.
