Here is a link to the Ministry of Education's  "Effective Practice for e-Learning" Bulletins on the Ako Aotearoa website.

This Bulletin is called 'Designing For Diversity'. It contains helpful hints about how to make your e-learning programmes work for Pasifika and Maori learners, based on recent research carried out in the New Zealand context.

You can access the other three Bulletins using the link in "More Resources for Designing eLearning" in the right-hand menu.
